– Same Day Delivery** If you wish to request for the same day delivery service, kindly inform us ASAP through an email, phone call or WhatsApp until you get the confirmation email about the availability / possibility and the cost of the delivery service.  

– In store pickup** We are pleased to arrange in store pickups everyday regardless of weekends or special holidays. Therefore kindly let us know the pickup date prior to collection. 

Returns & Exchanges

“BELLE” is here to help you to pick the right size for you.

We kindly and clearly inform you that returns and exchanges of swimwear, lingerie and accessories is NOT accepted due to hygienic reasons.

We accept returns & exchanges of beach covers and bikini tops ONLY.


Returns & Exchanges Requirements:

-Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the order delivery date.
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
-Merchandise must have all tags, including any Hello Molly hangtags, attached.
-Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned.
-Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: Intimates, hair accessories, hats, earrings

 

Return/exchange Process

Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at belleadventure1@gmail.com to get a return authorization and return address. 

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: Place an order for the replacement. Kindly note that cash refunds is not an option at any point. 

Order Cancellation

For order cancellation- Free order cancellation during 6 hours after purchase. No order cancellations are accepted after dispatching the orders.
For refund:
For debit card user-You should expect to see the amount re-appear in your bank account in the next 3-5 business days.
